Making Zero's helmet must have been the hardest cosplay prop I've ever made.
My grandmother and I were going bananas with the gold parts on Zero's uniform. We had to think a lot about how to put them and how to twist them and so on. Took forever until this cosplay was finally done. Putting the shoes and trousers together was pain in the @$S, too.
